What is a good hand held or video game learning system that I can buy for my 2 y/o nephew?

Not a Wii, PS3, or Xbox.

    Leapster L-max is handheld and can plug into the TV and is all learning games, my son has one and loves it. They are usually $90, but Toysrus has them on sale right now for $69.99.
