What kind haircut should I get?

I'm not so good at deciding what kind of haircut would match me. I have long straight hair and here's a pic of me so it's easier to figure out. http://img156.imageshack.us/img156/7715/43hc0.jpg and this is a pic of me from last year.

    Get something that pops out your face, try bangs side sweep and some layers.

    Short layered. . If it was a little shorter it would be a cropped haircut.

    Try Bangs and more layers and about 3 inches shorter.

    Definitely layers and some to frame your face length is what ur comfortable with
