Semi Pro Ball?

My ounger brother never went to college but he still has the fire to play football and dreams of trying out for a NFL team. While looking up semi pro teams on the internet I foudn that there are 3 levels A, AA, and AAA. Does anyone know how the levels of semi pro football goes and how one can go about a tryout?
