    John Howard,

33 years of holding you're seat and this year the people of Australia are telling you how much we hate you and hate what you have done to Australia. You lost your seat to a girl, and she's better looking then you, but that isn't hard.

Years of broken promises and lies, Average families have struggled while the rich get richer under your rules.

I am very happy to see you go along with many other people. For once in your life take it like a man not a pansy, pack your bags and leave, fingers crossed never to be seen or heard from again. Don't let the door hit you where the good lord split you.....

Day's like these make me proud to be a Aussie again....

    Liberals loose the election wooooohooooooo

You put us in an illegal, aggressive war. making enemies amongst our own countrymen, and isolated us from the world in the name of endearing us to one ally. You stripped our public services in the name of the economy and 'choice'. You dumbed down our country to such an extent that people actually gave you a standing ovation for saying that schools should teach kids to read, write and add up, whilst neglecting to mention that the only financial investment you made in public schools was to allow them to hire a chaplain. You thwarted the national dental health plan, wisely realising that teeth are a privelidge rather than a right.

You introduced inequitable taxes upon the poorest of our nation, upon the most necessary of our products, such as food. You liberated east timor and then stole the oil out of the timor gap. You strengthened the war on drugs and furthered the rhetoric that destroys the lives of millions in this country.

You deprived refugees of their basic human rights, you saw innocent children deported to countries where they were tortured and killed and others grew up to be adults within detention centres. Your party defamed whole sections of our population, such as Muslims and the Sudanese refugees, causing immeasurable amounts of pain and humiliation for both young and new australians and cementing rivalries that will haunt us for decades to come. You denied climate change right up until the time it became prudent for you not too.

It was because of you, and under your reign, that i learnt to be political. You taught me politics, you taught me, through the absence of them, the importance of ethics, you taught me the evils of materialism in your pursuit of material wealth at any ethical cost.

Thanks for the lesson Honest John, i'll never take politics for granted again.

    A Bennelong Constituent.

    IN YOUR FACE!!!

    This is for...

all the detainees at Villawood, Baxter, Nauru...

    children killed in Iraq

the Stolen Generation, who you refuse to say sorry to

uni students who never had a free education (like your generation did)

working families suffering under unfair IR laws

Aussies who will never be able to break into the housing market

the next generation, who will suffer because you ignored climate change

    getting in bed with Bush

wives and children of troops in Iraq (who you refuse to bring home)

all who have been deceived in your 11 years of prime ministership

the Labor party, who have suffered one of the smear campaigns

Unions, who were unfairly targeted by big business Libs

Julia Gillard, who was attacked because she is a childless woman and therefore "unexperienced" (like they would know any better, sexist pigs)

kids across the country who never see their parents because they're working around the clock to pay off enormous mortgages, because you lied and didn't keep election rates low

all Aussies who were mislead this election, who are uncertain over Lib leadership

members of the public mislead by bogus pamphlets distributed by Jackie Kelly's husband (who you should have kept in line)

Nicola Roxon who was sworn at by your smug and tardy health minister

Darfurians, who you refused to help

everyone who was lied to in the Children Overboard scandal

Haneef, who was unfairly targeted in your witch hunt

my stressed-out parents at GST time (they have their own small business - which GST is ruining!)

all the kids who have suffered under you, only knowing a Howard government, because you were too power hungry to walk away

I could be here all night....

What would I honestly say to him. You have turned Australia into a divisive community in your pursuit of power thats very selfish. You have Lied so many times that people feel its OK to do the same. In your pursuit of a free trade agreement with the U.S.A You sent our Children to war and that war was started with a lie. You are trying to drive down wages and conditions with your workchoises legislation. You play the race card at election time thats despicable. You have ridden the economic wave that was created by the Hawk/Keating Government and claim as your own thats dishonest. All in all you are the worst leader in Australian History. And you should leave office with your head held down in shame. see ya.

Johnny - what goes around, comes around. You've lied so many times - I didn't forget Tampa, children overboard, the AWB scandal, no GST, work choices, etc etc.

    A season too long

    Now Bennelong's gone.

    Such a shame

    But you're to blame!
