A guy beat his girlfriend and his neighbor went to talk with him and the guys attitude is like...So what. So his neighbor nonchalantly picked up a toaster and beat him with it.

The movie you refer to is Suicide Kings. Dennis Leary beats an abused girls father with a toaster after he talks with him. Awesome scene and movie!

Good movie, Christopher walkin comes out in it. ( I believe, unless I'm mixing movies up)
where the drunken father beats his daughter,
and the guy comes in and talks to him and starts
talking about his dad and says "I tattoo'd his face"
and then at the end the dad is like "tell that ***** to get back in here, I'm not done with her".
so the guy walks over, grabs the toaster and wraps it to his hand, then beats the dad with the toaster.
