Target had some black skinny jeans a while ago, too.

I just bought a pair from Guess, but not in a size 0 or short lol. I am not positive if they have them in short, but they definately have them in regular and im sure they have a size 0. If not then try urban outfitters.

uhm i got some from kohls. i should of got a size zero.. or even a 1. but i ended up getting i think a 3.. they fit, but i wish they were a little tighter.

i wore them once,, a total of likee eh 30 minutes, and that was it. now they are just sitting in my dresser under all my other pants,
