Oh God that's funny. However, in order to contract a "chronic" disease, one would have to inhale more than flatus, and by mere definition, if there is more than just gas, i.e. droplets, mucous, any bodily fluid that would serve as a medium for said disease would then make the "fart", not a fart at all, but actual poo, or whatever medium was expelled with the flatus. hahaha, but it sure is funny. So to make a long answer short. NO.

I hope not, I layed about 300 farts on my brothers nose (while he was sleeping, and that was frickin hilarious let me tell you) when we were kids, and he's fine. I mean he's cross eyed but besides that he's just fine.
