Y/Cb/Cr a.k.a. component cable for more than 480p are ATSC?

I looking around the web, something is misled that they saying

"NTSC" version on digital format? I hope it is ATSC on digital

component video, because I want to see on ATSC as HDTV

that everything new looking to me.

    Cables are wires and are agnostic about what signals go through them. Yes, you can use component cables for both standard-resolution and High-definition signals.
