Are Giants fans blaming the loss on Eli Manning? I watched that game yesterday and the whole team was to blame

It was like they forgot they had a game yesteerday. A lot of receivers were dropping the ball. I must admit though. Eli is no Peyton and I doubt if he will ever be.

Sometimes I feel kind of sad for Eli, he'll always be compared to Archie and Peyton and that has to be tough to deal with. It almost looks like he was forced into the NFL, because whether he throws a touchdown or an interception, he has the same look on his face. He doesn't even look like he enjoys playing the game. Most of the time he doesn't deserve half of what he gets (positive and negative). When he does well, he's hailed as the greatest thing to ever happen to football since the invention of the ball itself, when he has a mediocre game (not even terrible, like yesterday), he gets "well, he's no Peyton" thrown at him. As much as people have said about him (he was the #1 pick/he's only in the NFL because of his last name), I would think it's probably not such a treat to be him. I mean it's hard enough to live in the shadow of your father, but when your older brother comes out and carves out a legacy for himself in such a way as Peyton has, that's a hell of a lot to overcome.

    That's my 2 for 2.

i root for the giants cause im a colts fan.. and ive got to say the whole team did look horrible.. lots of changes needed if they want to get into the playoffs espeacially in the NFC where everyone has a chance in the playoffs now... and Eli will never be like his brother..

    Go Colts

I saw part of the game, its not all on Eli, some of the defenders made skilled int's, and Vikings were just playing really well that game.

the rewards are great and the price is high when your the leader of men.

sure the Giants didn't play well and surely its Manning's fault just as its all his glory when they win

besides the media always wants to exalt or blame one person

its just the way it is these days

The offense played like crap yesterday. Is it just me or does Eli look like he as down syndrome?
