How can I figure out who this cell phone # belongs to?

I have searched up 411.com....whoscalling.us and many others yet they want money to tell me who it is. I have called teh number and no one will answer me. What can I do? There has to be a way with out paying for it!

    Well I don't know how to get around paying for it but have you tried www.switchboard.com ? That may work but them again if 411.com did not work this may end with similar results. Oh well, I hope it helps. Take care.

    use the phones phone book and pick a number give them a call.good luck
