Having regular exercise routines including sports is a great way to stay active and healthy. If you are feeling fatigued or overwhelmed, then I would look into stopping one commitment. But if you can manage your time and health, then stick with it.
Remember to eat plenty. Feed your body often so you can keep up and have more energy.

you should ideally be having at least one rest day and more than that if you have homework. school comes first and you can do more when you dont hae as much. if your at school and therefore im guessing a teenager then 3 or 4 training sessions a week would be ideal for keeping you fit.
