Cell phone insurance needed?
I run an office with ten cell lines. Every one has a rather expensive phone that the company paid for. As it turns out nobody has insurance on their very expensive phones. Asurion will not issue insurance for a phone once fifteen days have elapsed since purchase. Does anyone know of another company that will insure cell phones?
Thank Monoxide. Now that the horse has long since run off I will make sure to close that barn door.
Mandy, enjoy your two points.

If your office owns the phones, and you have insurance on the office to cover your Business Contents and Possessions- you may just already have the coverage you need- contact your agent ask them about it before you decide to spend more money on insurance you may not need.

Yes, you probably take your cell phone everywhere, thus increasing your risk of dropping it. The leading cause of cell phone damage is liquid from people dropping it in puddles or toilet, and that isn't covered by the warranty. Cell phone insurance will definitely save you a bundle.

cell phones should be insured with the place that you had gotten them from within 30days of buying them. Would you trust a 5year old kid with a blackbarry? I did not think so... save your *** while you still can you would be surprised what people do with phones
