Move your abs muscle while sitting up in your chair! This works for your gludius maxmimus too! sit up and scrunch your butt muscles while in your chair and as the days go by you will see a difference!!! In a week or so leave another question to tell me if you feel and see the difference ok!!

  • I don't think there is any exercise that can be done sitting ON a office! Grab some 3-5 pound weights and stand with your knee's bent, body straight up and swing your arms with the weights as if you were trying to punch someone in mid-air.But make sure you hold those abs in.try it!

Unfortunately, I don't have a good answer to your question, but I do have something that should make you laugh, and laughing is good for you too.

Let me first say that I work at a Barnes & Noble. This is a real book, I have held it in my hands. The author is completely serious, and has even released a second book, though I forget the title. Just read the synopsis, and be amazed.

haha, well you could bring one of those huge bouncy exercise balls in and sit on that. You actually work your ab and back muscles sitting there because they are needed to stabilize you on the ball.

Hold your legs straight out in front of you while sitting in your chair. Try to increase your stamina by holding them for a few minutes. Point your toes and lock your knees.

i wouldnt do it. You would look silly and unprofessional. But if you must, slouch down a bit so that your lower back does not touch the back of the chair and hold out your legs straight. Hold it for however long you are at the office.

If possible, bring in a workout/ yoga ball to sit on, it strengthings your back, abs, and improves your posture!

sit up nice and tall on your chair, slowly, lift your knee as you exhale. Inhale and slowly put your feet back on to the floor.
