    red exist- its a genetic mutation created by breeders

    Wow!The only Budgies I have ever seen have been white,aqua,blue,yellow,green,usually all of those colors or like three of them.Are you sure they are Budgies,or are you asking out of curiosity to see if those colors exist?I was pretty certain that they don't.So my answer is definitely no.

    Not yet but there are those breeder that will be trying to breed this mutation.

    no i havent.i dont think theres such a thing as a black or red parakeet,but then you you never know.
