An-225:

A380-800:

As you can see, the An-225 is much bigger than the A380, except when it comes to height. This is because the A380 has a single vertical tail, while the An-225 has twin vertical tails. I do not know the dimensions for the 787 but they do not come even close to the An-225 and the A380. The A380 can seat 500-800 passengers, dependiing on the configuration. I believe that the 787 will seat 225-350 passengers. There are many other airplanes that are bigger than the 787 besides the A380 and An-225, like the An-124 and the 747 and 777 families, probably the MD-11, DC-10, and L-1011 as well. Also, the A340-600 is probably much bigger than the 787. There are others as well.

Antonov 225 is largest. Then Boeing 747, and 787 is of course the smallest. The 787 really isn't that big, about the size of a 757. The 777 is the second largest plane in the Boeing family next to the 747.

If the airline only put economy class, it could brings around 800 pax...

If there is 3 classes, it could brings 500 +...

For singapore airlines it brings 480...
