I cut into 12v ignition wire without dissconecting battery and something shorted out. 2001 Nissan Altima.?

It's and 01 altima, I've checked most of the fuses under the hood where it sparked, and some interior fuses with no luck. I don't know if it maybe could have shorted out the head unit or what fuse would have blown. It's a pioneer head unit.

And they say women don't know anything about cars....disconnect the battery before you start messing with stuff because if you touch the positive to the bodywork, and it's real easy to do, you get a dead short because the bodywork is bonded to the negative.

    But you already know that.
