Can someone please look at my Minidumps, faulty RAM?

Hi,

I have just build a new pc. It boots but I am getting quite a lot of BSODs. I have ran 3DMark 06 without any errors but it has crashed just running firefox. I'm coming to the conclusion that I have a faulty RAM module (interestingly I bought 2 and the one definately is faulty, wont even boot with that in). It is just ValueRam PC6400.

Could someone please have a look at my minidumps and confirm what is the problem. Thanks for your time.

    You may want to also try running a memory testing program, like Memtest86 at:
