A building, already built, is a "building," so one that is being built is a "built."

using fact the observe 'development' could be the two a noun (naming observe) or a verb (doing observe). while the term 'development' is used interior the context, 'she is development it', then the observe is a verb. An action is taking place. while this is used interior the context, 'look at that development', the observe is a (consumer-friendly) noun. this is the call of something. this suggests that the meaning of the observe 'development' is context based, for this reason there's no longer a relation between the noun and verb type. consequently, the actuality a development has already been outfitted has easily no longer something to do with its call.

Mate! Building is both a naming word of a structure/house etc. as well as a verb - i am building a house. Use the dictionary! If you still have problems with this word, why don't you just use an alternative word - structure, skyscraper etc whatever!

    Please get over it!! :-0
