Teamwork and Goals?

If you and your partner create a goal together to grow business by the end of the year, and you both work towards the goal you set, and find at the end of the year that you are reaching your goal - which statement would you use with your partner and why?

1. I'm so happy I reached my goal.

2. I'm so happy we reached our goals.

Any team must use 'we' for any success or failure. I or you will simply put blame or success on the sholders of one member of the team & subtract from the contributions or failures of other team member(s). This is why I support team sports for children... it teaches cooperation & support for other contributing members of a team.
