I was reading a few things online and am a bit worried....
Before giving me some insight (yes, will see doc) here's the scoop:
Almost 30 and gained 65 pounds after having my son.. single mom...developed hypertension in the past year, constant leg pain and swelling for the past 2.5 years... swelling is next to nil (currently), pain has subsided a bit... pain in chest, simultaneously lose breath for a second, followed by heart palpitation... serious stuff, huh....
Tomorrow: stress test...
Can someone explain what I should be expecting to hear in my next doc's visit... please answer truthfully! Thanks!
Before anyone makes any rude comments: yes, working on losing weight, changed my poor eating habits, and getting more exercise.... would like to continue living to see my son grow up!

I think your scan sounds essentially normal. Mild TR is nothing to worry about and the gradient is only mildy elevated. Losing weight would probably put all of this back to "normal". See your doctor though to be sure. BTW do you know what was wrong with your EKG?
