Yea, or no. It depends where you are going. A regualr shopping or school day yes, a fancy dinner outfit...not so much. Also it could depend on which individual peice of your outfit looks like. Are the ballet flats shiny and the leggings a dark black, but the T shirt has been washed so many times it looks blue?

To add more white into outfit try accercies such as a white headband or a white bag. ☻

Yea, but be aware that leggings are almost going way out of style. I think the outfit sounds cute though.

i would do the leggings and an oversized shirt instead of the tank top and skirt. those are kind of out of style noe. you could also so the white mini skirt with full length TIGHTS flats and a big shirt which would be cute but definitly not the tank top. it would not look good. so here is what the bottoms should look like
