what would happen to the mexican boy who was sexually abbused by an american teacher and is still in mexico?
this boy entered to usa illegally as a kid, he lived with his family in Nebraska, some of them already legals through time, his school teacher , a white woman of 25, rapped him and convinced him to go with her to mexico so they can live there. police got them, she was brought back to usa, she is in jail and he is not allowed to enter , he is 13, the law would have been different with a illegal girl of 13 who was sedduced by an american male of 25? since this kid was a victim fo a sexual crime he shoudl be allowed to return with his family instead of being in mexico, he most be traumatized and lonely, we are supposed to protect victims of crimes not punish them
what do you think, gie me an smartpoint of view, dont tell me he is supposed to stay there cause he is an illegal, he was a baby when he was brought here , he didnt have a choice, smart answers not kkk followers please
I just believe there should be a humanitarian exception in this case, however if required to testify they will bring him here for that purpose and then send himback, he wants to be here with his family but they are leagal residents not citizens, and the kid wasbrought here as a baby, if that woman never crossed in hsi life, through time and the legal process hsi parents would have filed for him, of course he miss his parents

I believe even the kid was an illegal, he sould be allowed to return back and get his status fixed, he was a victim of a crime, a felony, and that happened here, commited by an american citizen, he was here, in this case the one punished here is the porr illegal kid, perhaps the case were different if was a girl

If his parents are legally in the US then he should be able to return to be with his parents. My question would be does he want to return to America? If, and I mean if, he did anything illegal in America he could be seeking Mexico as a safe place, Mexico will not extradite there citizens for punishment(last I heard).
Think about it this way if he would have never came to America the crime would never have taken place, against him. America is just following it's protocol on what to do with illegals, why should they change it for one person? That wouldn't make it right and he would still be an illegal.
However, it is still wrong.

You are right. He must be very scared also. He should be allowed to be with his family. I hope that woman gets a lot of prison time for what she did. I remember hearing that on the news. If his family are legal, then why not let the young boy to be with them. It is like he is being punished. Sorry.

Hi. The problem here is not the kid. Is not the teacher. is the term "ilegal" someow, because people are "illegal" there's always someone who thinks nothing can be done because of immunity of something like it. As far as Im concerned, the teacher was dead wrong. The kid just wanted to party and he's home with family. Leave him alone there - If he was to be brought back then more problems can occur.
