How do I get all my email's sent to yahoo?

okay Brains out there how does one anyone contact the super large company ie microsoft with a software problem I have purchased Office 2007 and got loads of different problems and i just want it to work like the 2003 version which i may have to reinstall because all i get on their q & A section is the runaround it would be ok if i knew what was wrong then i could ask the right question all i know is word wont save anf i think excell wont open at the moment.Grrrrrrrrr

Its a pain every day around 5-10 emails from all over many different senders i hit the spam button and then delete them never open them never visit where they say i should go to see blondes doing stuff which i wont mention and they dont restrict it to blondes all hair colours get a mention

I would use it i have set up account but prefer the old yahoo what i would like to do is transfer my account and links to there last tiem i ttried i got nowhere but thinking of giving it another go

i have read a few books all with promises similar to lord of the rings but none really measured up

i want to be able to find out what to do and to do it without going around in circles getting nowhere. i started a different email address at yahoo but i cant get access to it so many complications i cant send an email to find out why and what to do or somewhere to ask them what to do the screens keep me going in flaming circles i just want to be able to log onto new ID which i did set up but evrytime i try i dont get anywhere tries to log me on as my old id etc so i just not getting anywhere.
