Only thing that will be done, there will be a fuse link put in the wire harness at brakes cut-off switch, most parts are on back-order. I have a 99 and never got a letter yet, it might not be in there

Go to the dealership they will do it for free, make sure you get this done. My friends car burnt to nothing from that.
