I have noticed that a RAM module that I have is missing two metal pins. Can I fix this easily myself?
The RAM is NCP, PC3200, 1GB, DDR(400 I think), 184-pin (182 at the moment!), non-ECC

dont give up hope get a soldering iron 8bucks
then research soldering online then try it yourself
whats the worst you do Ruin the ram ... oh wait nevermind it s already gone
if you take that to a place like best buy they will tell you its dead and sell you a new one
take this oppurtunity to learn how to solder and fix it

Whats the warranty like on that? I buy Crucial as they have a lifetime warranty. ( never needed it ) Good luck

Sorry my friend...but your RAM is toast. I still can't imagine how that would even happen.....
