Creepy text, what should I do?
I got this creepy text a couple of weeks ago. I read:
Just keep running from me.
I don't give out my cell phone number or even text. I didn't know the number (972-464-6661). That number has even called me a couple of times, but I haven't answered. My friend Nick callled the number once, but I made him hang up because I was scared. What should I do?

Report it to the police and see what they can do. Since you have the number they might be able to trace it and find out who it belongs to.
I just googled the number and here is what I found. Maybe this will help you figure out who it is. It's an add for a motorcycle: http://dallas.craigslist.org/mcy/496874372.html

Why would you tell him your into him more then a friend? That makes no sense because you already have enough information from him (him telling you he has feelings that are too powerful to control is sufficient enough). Dont take this the wrong way, but is it possible you actually have a thing for him? Hear me out before you get your back up. 1. Hes older which is a turn on, its the "forbidden fruit" factor 2. Hes showing you attention, which is flattering to the ego 3. He's with your mom which makes him off limits, but again its a turn on because of the forbidden fruit factor. If its true that you dont have feelings for him, then you need to 100% tell him that your not into him that way. You also need to block his number so he cant call or text you, also avoid spending time alone with him as well.

Well, You can do a reverse phone search. It will at least give you the area of where the call was from. It can give more info like name and stuff but that costs money. Here's the site

whatever you do do not reply all that will do is infrom the texter the you are avalible for text and they will keep on doing it. tell your parent and the police and ask them if they can trace the number if they keep texting you. adn dont get anyone else involved but them.

Someone probably has the wrong number, that's all.
As long as you know you're careful, then don't worry about it being someone stalking you.
If it gets worse, or if they use your name or something... Then you have grounds to go to the police.
