What is the name of the current Jewish High Priest/Jewish Pope of the earth?

What is the name of the Pope of Judaism today? Does he live in Jerusalem, Israel? Hebron, Israel?

    And to add to what paperback_writer said, although there are chief rabbis in some countries, they really don't have the authority to impose their beliefs on any individual rabbi.

    There are Chief Rabbis in some countries; Britain for example.
