Will another maker's gnocchi attachment fit a Marcato pasta machine?
I have a Marcato Atlas 150 (my second - wore the first one out !). I've been looking for a gnocchi maker, so I don't have to make gnocchi by hand every time - lol - and I noticed that there are Villaware and Imperia pasta machine attachments (also a 150) that make gnocchi. Does anyone know, will a Villaware or Imperia 150 attachment fit on the Marcato?
Hey, Sal! lol - Yeah, sometimes I don't mind making gnocchi by hand, but often I just WANT it - lol. There are two that I am looking at. One is the aforementioned attachment - just don't know if it fits on a Marcato. The other is another item, separate from a pasta maker, called the (I think) the Beebo Cavatelli Maker. I would have just gone with the Beebo, but older versions were all steel, and their new version looks like it's part plastic. At any rate, if you're looking for a Marcato attachment, you'll know when I know, if someone posts here!
