I just started a new job recently. I've been there for about...?
3 weeks. I think one of the guys there has a crush on me. He walks by my work area about 20 x's a day (no kidding). I say "hi" to him when I see him in the morning but that's it. He looks at me whenever he thinks I'm not looking at him. When I try to make eye contact with him, he looks away. I think he get's a little shy. I am friendly and approachable. What can I do so that we can get to know each other better? I've kinda have developed a crush on him.

your new right? ask him for advice. or if there's a noticible personality or annoy person talk about, ask him for the scoop on that person. there are pleanty of things to talk about. like how long he's worked there, what he thinks of the job. ya know....those kind of things.

Talk to him, I'm a guy and I know it's hard for a guy just to talk to someone that you like sometimes. It's just hard to know if she would feel the same way. If it's a business setting it only that much harder, you might have to make a first move. Hope this is some help. Good Luck

When he walks by your desk say more than just "Hi" ask him how he's doing or try striking up a conversation. If you catch him staring at you he's probably into you so I would take charge of the situation if I was you. Good luck :)

Instead of him going up to you you go up to him!!! Just talk, about work, life, anything!! Just, go for it!!!
