Who do you thinks going to win UFC 81, Frank Mir or Brock Lesnar?

Frank Mir has never been the same since his motorcycle accident. He was the Heavyweight Champion beating Tim Sylvia for the title by breaking his arm. Frank is no joke and has a lot to prove. I do not think this fight is going to be easy for either opponent. Lesnar being a NCAA wrestling Champion and working with Bas Rutten is rounding out his game; as he gets more experience he is going to be a contender if not the champion in a few years. If I had to bet money on this I am going with Lesnar.

Mir wins. I watched Brocks first fight, he took the guy down, laid on top of him and punched him in the head and Lesnar out weighed the guy by almost 70 pounds.. Mir's bjj should make that almost impossible and Lesnar will not have the dominating size advantage. Mir is a strong guy and he is rather wide. Not very tall but that will also work to his advantage. I think Mir actually wants to be taken down in this and work off his back.

UFC is going to spend a lot of money promoting Lesnar and the last thing they want is for him to lose his first fight. That being said I don't think Joe Silva, UFC match maker, would put Lesnar in a fight that he might lose. While he might lose I don't think he will. Frank Mir is not the same fighter he use to be.

I think Brock Lesnar will. I think many people underestimate him as a martial artist. But maybe he knows more than he is letting on. Wrestlers use alot of moves that involves Jui Jitsu and Judo and ground and pound. Just because he came from the wwe doesnt mean he cant handle himself. It sounds like the wwe was a means to an end and he is off to bigger and better things or something else he wants to do.

for the 57th time I think Mir will win in the first by rear naked choke. I believe that Mir will try to hard for an arm bar and Brock with his lesser ability in BJJ will give up his back trying to defend the arm and there you have it.this is just like Penn vs Hughes even though hughes is more powerful and weighs more and is a better wrestler, Penns bjj ability and and technique paid off in their first fight and almost paid off in their second fight

frank mir will win because he is smaller and he can move faster and around brock lesnar
