I have never done this product and had to do some research on it. I have the link to a site that may help you find more information on those that have used it. It's at http://www.webmd.com/
They have messageboards on the site that talk about Diet topics as well as a Women's Health board.

I bought it after reading article in First For Women. All local stores were sold out (guess others read same article) I bought direct online and have been using 2 weeks, i've lost nothing and actually had less energy than with Akavar 20/50 so i'm switching back. I keep hoping for that one good pill out there, but I don't think this one is gonna be it either.
