I wouldn't worry about it too much. A lot of the things that you mention losing sound like wrestling gear. I think it could be because you've gotten out of the habit of carrying and keeping up with your gear, and that's understandable since you've been out of the wrestling ring for a year. As far as not being your usual self, you seem to be going through a time when a lot of things are changing in your life. Personally, when I go through times like that, I'm not my usual self for a little while either. It just takes some time to get adjusted. You'll feel better after a while.

Ya, you will undergo speedy term memory loss. it is because of the sensory overload. whilst a guy or lady is attempting to do too many responsibilities or worry approximately too many concerns on an identical time as, the strategies is overloaded with comprehend-how and would't mindset speedy-term recollections. consequently, if a guy or lady is attempting to do no longer ignore numerous comprehend-how, he or she has a bent to omit motor vehicle keys or scheduled appointments.

I think it is the age and the stress and changes that you are experiencing.
Honestly, I think it is probably pretty typical. I remember at this age feeling like this. I also remember at this age, my mind was always wondering, which made it easy for me to forget to do simple things.
Hang in there, most likely it's just the result of the changes that are going on in your body and in your environment.
Find ways to remind yourself of things you need to do or bring to school. For example, get in the habit of gathering anything you might need to take to school with you the night before (do it a couple hours before you go to bed, so that you can give yourself time to unwind before you go to bed). Also leave little notes or lists for yourself and put them in a place where you will see it when you need it. For example, you can place your list on your coat or next to your wallet so that you will see it before you leave for school.
My wallet and my keys are two things I never forget to take with me (and I always put them in the same place in my home), so I often leave little post-it notes for myself and place them on my wallet. At 29 (which I consider still young), I find that it is easy for me to forget simple things if I am under a lot of stress or if I have a lot going on, so I look for simple ways to help me out.
Is it possible that you are losing these items because you are disorganized? Even a person with a sharp memory may have trouble finding items if they are really disorganized.

Maybe you need to eat more Fish, fish oil is good for memory, Also I would not wrestle if I were you. Maybe that's cutting your circulation.
Somtimes though when I get in a huge hurry I forget everything.
No drugs.

depression has some strange effects. that can be one of them. talk to the counselor at school. If you could talk to your mom you wouldn't be here, would you?
