Have you ever felt like you were on the outside looking in?

i hear ya man. im 13. so far in my life i have had the pressure to be skinny just like my friends. i never fit in no matter how hard i try. for example: one day it was valentines day. i thought about getting the popular girls goodie bags, but i had no money. i was so desperate that i acyually stole it from my sister.=(. the goodie bags had candy and a pink light up pen. the next day at school, at the lockers i saw them and thought it was my perfect chance. so i said happy valentines day and gave it to them. they ddidnt even say thanx. they just laughed like it was a joke. as they were walking away, they went to a trashcan and slammed the bags in there, laughing again. i started to feel tears on my cheeks and ran to the restroom. i sat down by the sinks an cried like id never cried before.

Yes. Whenever someone close to me wouldn`t tell me a secret and that`s all she would talk about with someone else. I felt like I was on the outside because they wouldn`t let me in. But I was looking in because I wanted to know what they were talking about.

Also when my friend passed away, I felt on the outside because I didn`t WANT to be "in the inside". Meaning I didn`t WANT it to be true. But I was looking in, no matter how much I refused to.

Okay, What I said didn`t really make sense, sorry.

When I was a kid, my parents never got along well. I always tried to tell them to stop quarreling like two year old, but they would never listen, and kept on arguing. Thus, I felt "outside" because they just wouldn't listen, but I also felt that I was looking in (because I was).

All the time, then I knock on the door, and they let me in. Well most of the time anyways. If you stand outside and stare, sometimes people freak.

All the time. I become a fly on the wall and watch everyone buzz around in total turmoil. It's fun to study people.
