Non carbohydrate wrap? I have diabetes and have to avoid bread?
and crackers and tortillas. But I would really like to find something in which I could wrap up my sprouts and chicken and cucumbers. Is there anything like this? Maybe made out of seaweed? (Please don't tell me I can have carbohydrates if I only eat a little - believe me, I know what will send my blood sugar sailing.)
and I have high cholesteral, so I try to avoid cheese. Also, I know that you can eat the taco or sandwich filling without the bread or tortilla.
Thanks a bunch!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Seaweed sheets (Nori) are usually used for sushi rolls. You could roll anything in them, but ingredients that are not real wet are best. Make your own variation by substituting the sprouts for rice, add chopped chicken and long slices of cucumber. There are a lot of sites that give detailed directions for "rolling sushi".
