Where to find teeny tiny shell pasta?

I used to be able to get very tiny shell pasta in a 12 oz or 1lb bag (that's a guess). This pasta is about the size of a grain of barley. I've searched both stores and online for the past 3-4 years and haven't seen it. Does anyone know where to find it? (Heck, and what it's called? lol)

Update:

The kind that's the size of you're fingernail is pretty readily available. I've searched the online listings of tons of Italian grocers, and not seen it. It's definitely about the size of barley, maybe a hair bigger, and just seems to have disappeared off the planet. Wonderful pasta shape :(

Update 2:

Oh - and I live in a very very rural area in N. Idaho (nearest Safeway is 80 miles away - lol); but I've looked all over in probably 40 Portland, Oregon regular and specialty grocers, and many in Spokane, and just can't seem to find this any more. Thx.

    Where do you live?

The small pasta (teeny, tiny) is usually available in Italien grocery stores.

Sometimes it is boiled and mixed with milk for serving to babies. Some grocery stores carry it in boxes in the pasta isle.Good luck searching.

The smallest shells we have are about the size of your little finger nail.

There was a pasta like a grain of rice, but I haven't seen that for some time, and I can't recall the name.
