I'd say soup (all kids like chicken noodle) and sandwiches with cut up fruit & possibly, veggies like carrot sticks, celery w/ PB.
And with no working oven, you might want to do instant pudding or get something at a bakery :)

Turkey Sandwich Melt
* 8 slices toasted white bread
* sliced cooked turkey
* 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of mushroom soup, condensed
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
* 8 slices lightly cooked bacon
PREPARATION:
Place toast on baking sheets or arrange on individual oven proof plates, 2 slices per person. Arrange sliced turkey on toast. Combine cream of mushroom soup with water; heat thoroughly. Spoon sauce over turkey slices; sprinkle with cheese.

A bag of ravioli from the frozen foods section follow the directions on the bag and a can of sauce follow the heating directions on the can of sauce...
Cup of noodles

Macaroni and cheese or spaghetti are generally children friendly. Soup and sandwiches are good, but a little tougher for the fussier kids.
If they don't like what you make them, you could start a food fight. It's non traditional but it would be memorable.

Have a solid baked ham served chilly like a honey baked serve some potato salad and chips then furnish a spectacular cookie and candy plate the the main area any tactics is the goodies.
