Does the peace corps discriminate against gay people?
I am applying for the opportunity of a life time in the Peace Corps but I am worried that I may not be accepted because I am openly gay. The website does indicate that they do not openly discriminate but what they actually practice may be different. Anyone who is gay and was (or is) actually in the corps would make me feel better.

This is from their website if this is in the policy and they discriminate against you then you can sue them for it:
The Peace Corps prohibits discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, age (over 40), sex, disability, political affiliation, and sexual orientation.
