Dorsey Creek is definitely my favorite. It has a cool and peaceful - almost lonely feeling to it and I think you framed and composed it well. The contrast between the sky, the tree and the land works very well together. I am also a sucker for black and white landscapes. :) This is a picture I would buy if I saw it for sale somewhere.
Cardinal in Frozen Bird Bath is absolutely amazing in its color and contrast. I would need a thousand words to say all the things I like about this shot. Unfortunately it's a little too cropped on the bottom and sides. I would like to have seen the entire bird bath in the frame. This is a really awesome picture. I call this my second fav.
EDIT: The cropping on the Cardinal picture is not a problem. This is just a great picture!
Sunset pictures are hard to impress me with because gorgeous sunsets are readily found where I live (CA Coast). I think your aperture should have been smaller, giving you a longer depth of field. This would have put more of the surface of the water in focus. Also, when shooting sky/earth, you want the perceived horizon to be off of center. The general rule of thumb is 2/3 to 3/4 one way or the other so as to direct the eye either to the sky or the land. This photo was hard to compose due to having three layers between the sky, mountains and water. I probably would have aimed lower to include more of the lake.
For the water fall pictures, I think I can tell what you were going after, but they just don't strike me. They are framed and composed well with the rocks, I think. But water falls are hard to shoot. You want a slow enough shutter so that you capture the motion of the water, but not so slow as to make it a total blur OR you want it a total blur with a REALLY long exposure. The over spray in The Falls washes out the top of the picture.

My opinion, all are very nice and relaxing, this is the order i like them in:
1. Dorsey Creek
2. The Falls
3. Agnes Vaille Falls.
4. Cardinal in frozen bird bath
5. Lake Sunset
6. Curiosity

1. I personally hate black and white photos. 2. There's nothing wrong with a flash, but definitely try doing these without a flash. Setup some really bright lighting in the room so the eye is well lit up evenly. Be careful not to shade the eye with the camera. 3. Make sure the image is in focus. The far right picture looks WAY out of focus to me. 4. What are you trying to do exactly?

I like Cardinal in frozen bird bath, it's different from others, even though your landscape photos are nice too but you can find a bunch of similar photos. The cardinal in frozen bird has contrast, focus and unique perspective / message from the photography.

I really love that you have photos with clear focal points. They grab your attention right away. My favorite is the picture of the cardinal in the frozen fountain. You have several nice places around Buffalo, MO to take pics. That is to your advantage. Keep up the excellent work!

Some of your work has been done over and over, but I like the picture of the cardinal. Nice contrast. And I love the look on it's face.

I really favored the photos with the cardinal & raccoon. I love animals. The photos with the water were simple & beautiful!
