Can I download apps to use without wifi and if so, what kind? I don't have wifi at home and I'm wondering if we are traveling if the tablet can access wifi at locations that have it (motels, etc)? Thanks

I have a Sony Cybershot, 5.1 mega pixels with 12x optical zoom. I love it but I want something with more mega pixels and more optical zoom or one that has the option of adding zoom lenses. I need to be able to have large pictures printed on occasion. I don't know much about the cameras so if someone can suggest one I can read about it online. Or send a link to one. I can't spend a ton of money on one. Thank you.

I have a Boston fern outside that has changed from a normal green to a light lime green color and I'm not sure why? Also today it looked a little dry and some small leaves fell off, although when I watered it the water poured out the drain hole. I water it every other day.
