Premenstrual dysphoria?

Has anyone heard of any type of treatment for this? at all?

    The main treatment is taking anti-depressants--it was basically defined as a disease in order to get insurance companies to pay for Prozac repackaged in pink and purple. Another way to deal with it would be to take birth control pills, which can often minimize problems.
