Any Restaurants in Houston open Christmas Day?

We are having our large family gathering for Christmas the weekend before, on the 22nd. On Christmas Day everyone will be going to in-laws and Vacations. My husband, 9 year old daughter and I will be celebrating alone. We are good with that but when I asked my husband what he would like to eat that day he suggested we dine out. I don't know of any restaurants that are open Christmas Day. Does any one know of any in the East Houston area? We're in Crosby so that would cover from Baytown, North Shore, Deer Park, Atoscocita, Kingwood, Humble. I'd welcome any suggestions.

Well Sam, Chinese may be it. We do have a China Town in Houston. I was pretty certain we wouldn't find any but it was worth asking. We've dined out for Thanksgiving before and found lovely fair. The fast food route is not exactly what I'm looking for. A nice sit down is prefered but most of the people who have replied here seem to only consider the fast food stuff. I'll cook first. I has planned on cooking anyway until Dan suggested going out. We'll see.

Thanks Meli! I was just thinking of Brady's Landing but I never considered hotels. I'll call around tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion!

    Is dependent on the context really. Which is better as a snack - fruits personally. It's tastier and gives you that little bit of sweetness. Which can be better as a snack if you are trying hard to lower back on sugar and lose weight vegetables
