ha that's a joke right? They hardly have enough funds to take care of community needs but they will have the funds to keep a website running? makes no sense
You might find outside societies helping who might have a website you can look up but I doubt the locals will. Try an official government website of Namibia to begin with for contact phone numbers and addresses
