I still havent received my State of Oregon Tax Kicker Check?!?
So, My sister got her kicker check thru the mail, and a few others I know of, But whats the deal? Where is mine?! It shoulda been sent out by now?! Has anyone else in oregon NOT received there kicker check?
Imagine that, I have to get my money to the government on time, but when it comes to them getting it back to me its a "It'll come when it comes" statement.

Pull out last year's return and check two things:
1. Your mailing address. If it's changed, that's where they would have sent it. Put in a change of address.
2. The total tax line. If this was zero and you got a refund of all taxes withheld, you won't be getting a kicker check.
If neither of these are the cause, just call and ask where your check it.
