    If you are asking about the part of a Brain,then it is Cerebrum...The cereberum is the part of fore brain..it contains two cerebral hemispheres..it has sensory areas from which they recieve impulses from sense organs(Sensory Nerves) and according to the need of impulses to be sent,it sends impulses by Motor Nerves to the particualr organ...If you wanna go in more detail then,

    *Occipital lobe...the fourth part of cerebrum which contains centres for visual reception is actually responsible for information on vision...
