Although, overall the movie sucked, one line that reverberates for me as being the penultimate chilling quote is, "Get out of the house! We've traced the call and it's coming from upstairs!" (from the original "When a Stranger Calls") Carol Kane plays a babysitter who keeps getting prank calls that get more and more sinister, then she calls the cops. When they get in the house, the caller, they discover has murdered the two small children and bathed in their blood.

The second quote, is, of course, from "Silence of the Lambs": "It puts the lotion on its skin..." (when Buffalo Bill speaks in that creepy voice referring to the Senator's daughter as a thing rather than a person).
