Why do people assume everything is about USA without bothering to check the category!?
Why do people think everything is about USA without bothering to check the category! If they are so obsessed with USA why don't they select "USA Questions Only" instead of "All English questions" and then answering as if the question relates to something american!
They answer to any question which does not even concern them. If someone asks something in the "Indian Questions Only" in the politics section they'll answer about American politics! All questions appear on "All English Questions" category! Please look where you are before you answer!
Ms. Sydney i'm not saying americans are on our site! What i'm saying is americans are welcome to talk about world issues provided they understand it's a world issue and not something about USA. The world is much bigger than your USA!

It's best to be explicit in the question as to what place it concerns.
Expecting people to always remember to check the category of a question is unrealistic.
A lot of people simply don't realize they're looking at questions from all over the world.
You can get to a given question from a LOT of different places -- Home, the bottom of the page when you've just answered a question, the category, the higher-level category, by clicking Show Me Another.
For most of those options, it isn't obvious what category the question was posted in.
Explicit good.
