I just received 5 points because my question had no best answer...but I didn't have any unresolved questions!
Not that I'm complaining, but I can't figure it out! I see this notice on my profile activity that says my question had no best answer, but I don't believe that I had any questions that could qualify for this. What is more, I can't click to go to the question, so it must have been removed. Anyone else have this happen?

You should be able to still SEE the question (greyed out). Is the question one that you let go to voting? Is it one that you previously chose a Best Answer for? [I think there is a weird glitch going on, where if a Best Answer is removed (and the question with it), but is later reinstated, the question goes to voting, instead of the Best Answer going back to where it was when you chose it -- if that makes sense!]

You're confused. You have to pick the best answer within 3 days or it's up to anyone to vote on what they think is the best, including you. The answer with the most votes wins.

I would think if I asked a question that I would get to pick the best answer.

yea this actualy happened to me a couple days ago. i got 5 points for choosing no best answer. oh well im just happy i got 5 points.
