So what's the story behind Deja Vu?
I'm not talking about the movie, I'm talking about the creepy feeling I get when I can visualize every single detail of what I am going to do next...which lasts from 1-10 sec....it's the craziest thing the human mind can do...so anybody have any theories or answers about why Deja Vu is the way it is?

I've read about a study (which I don't remember where) and it was 'determined' that deja vu is bascially like you mind resetting, very quickly and so while you are experiencing something brain is resetting causing you to think you are experiencg deja vu.. Sorry I don't have a more detailed or imformative answer...try searching yahoo for that article.

Check this ? of mine.
I had done some research on it http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Al3Dr...
The term deja vu is French and means, literally, "already seen." Those who have experienced the feeling describe it as an overwhelming sense of familiarity with something that shouldn't be familiar at all. Say, for example, you are traveling to England for the first time. You are touring a cathedral, and suddenly it seems as if you have been in that very spot before. Or maybe you are having dinner with a group of friends, discussing some current political topic, and you have the feeling that you've already experienced this very thing -- same friends, same dinner, same topic.

Sometimes things are just too similar that we think they happen twice, the spot, the circumstances, whatever you was thinking at the moment end up making you feeling it.
However there are many other times that is hard not to accept it. Remeber what Einsten said with other words: "Time is only a matter of perspective".
