No, I don't agree. Tomlinson is clearly number one. Move everyone up a spot and put Peterson ninth. How can you call Frank Gore a one year wonder and then put a rookie running back as your number one? What if Peterson is a one year wonder?

I think it depends on what we are talking about. Are we talking about pure running ability, or are we talking about the best overall backs? If we are talking about pure running ability, my list would look like this

    1. Adrian Peterson

    2. LaDainian Tomlinson

    3. Brian Westbrook

    4. Joseph Addai

    5. Willie Parker

    6. Willis McGahee

    7. Clinton Portis

    8. Steven Jackson

    9. Reggie Bush

    10. Marshawn Lynch

Remember this is a list of only running ability. The best speed, the best moves, the best eyes, etc. Blocking, passing, and those kinds of things are not taken into account here. Merely running ability. If we count overall ability, I would definately put LT #1 and AP #2, and otherwise everything else looks pretty good.

okay i disagree with u on 2 things adrian should be num 2 LT can do everything throw block run and catch...and joseph addai shold be in there...but for the most part thats a great top 10

    5. Parker

    6. Barber

    7. McGahee

    8. Lewis

    9. Jackson

    10. Lynch

Johnson is the biggest bust this season just in font of Alexander

yes but LT for me is #1 not because Im a Charger Fan, because he showed us more last year than Adrian Peterson has shown us and more is expected out of LT.. Adrian should be like 10th! and Reggie Bush #3 and wheres Addai??

Nope i dont agree Bush definitely doesn't belong on that list Jamal Lewis and Fred Taylor surely does over the likes of Jackson and Johnson for this year for sure

i agree for the most part, but LT should be one. he does it all. and marion should be a little further up, he may not put up the perfect numbers, but he makes up for it in intensity, and when he does good the entire team gets motivated.... and as visa would say, that's priceless....

Totally agree with you! AD is the best back and anyone who disagrees is just jealous that he isn't on his team....people who say LT is as good as AD.......Does LT have the single game rushing record hmmm no! AD is the best and eventually probably the best ever as long as he stays healthy......look at him boys he is a ROOKIE!! lol LT come on now! haha pathetic
