You will find all the space traveling aliens who come close to it and said "Hey, there's a wormhole. Let's see where it leads.", only to find that they made a mistake and got trapped inside a spherical blackhole that doesn't have an other side, just an inside, because their chief scientist got drunk the night before and is still asleep in bed with the one member of the crew that everyone (including the scientist) tries to avoid.

There is no "other side" of a black hole, because it is not actually a hole. It is just a place where matter is super condensed. The term black hole just refers to the fact that things just go into it, and never come out. There is some theory that matter goes in, and then somehow is warped into another universe through a "white hole", but this is just mathematical, unprovable and hypothetical.

Stephen Hawking, the most prominent physicist of our time, predicts the end of the universe as being a series of black holes, slowly dissipating as Hawking radiation, so that in the end, it will be an evenly distributed soup of very low energy particles, just above absolute zero.

This would not be possible if there was anything on the other side of a black hole.

Well, interesting question. The answer to this question is again a question. What do you think is on one side of a balck hole. The same will be on the other side, because Black holes are symmetrical. Its a hole, its looks a hole whether you look it from top or from bottom.

But when the black hole consumes some mass, it will release energy in the form of jets on either side which can grow to the length of the whole galaxy.

wormholes come from 'theories' ever heard of the 'theory of everything'...

but a black hole is jus a region o space that the star collapsed under...it imploded and the 'end' of a black hole is a single point called a singularity'

its a lonng answer...but people say it connects to parallel universes...wormholes...some say theres nuthin at the other end...

research and read up about da theory of everythin n stuff..theres a book by stephen hawkings that explains al tis stuff

you mean like if a black hole is on the 50 yard line and you are on the goal line... what's on the other side of the 50?

or do you mean if you swirled down into a black hole like water down a drain where would you go?

the answer to the latter is : heaven, hell some other afterlife depending on your beliefs or nothingness.

(death was a good answer, but a black hole will kill you LONG before it swallows you up)

A black hole is simply an empty area in space, where an exploding star has consumed all surrounding planets etc. The other side of a black hole is more of the same of what is on this side of a black hole: space, planets, moons, nebulae etc.

Unfortunatley peoples view of a black hole is clouded by 2 d drawings. The black hole is spherical - as such there is a centre but no other side.

I KNOW that there is the center of the black hole, where the star blew up (which created the black hole) So that place is wherever the star was.
